Right, this question has a pretty simple answer. However you need to go into detail to get the biggest benefit. The simple two-word answer is books and mentors.
You probably already know that you need to learn from the best to become the best. So let’s make Arnold Schwarzenegger an example. You can either go and meet him, then learn and ask him questions. Or, like most people will need to ready his biography to learn because the chances of you meeting him are obviously very low.
On media, people can often lie. So that’s why if you read their biography, you can really understand. Start doing their habits and one day you will become like them, or close. The advantage of meeting the person face to face if that you will get the 100% truth. That’s why I just mentioned, media can often lie.
Finding a mentor isn’t as easy as some people make it sound. You can’t just go up to a stranger and ask them to mentor you. That’s why books can be very powerful. They get you as close to the person as possible. A lot of people will make an excuse by saying something along the lines of ”Well I don’t have to money to buy books”. Go to your local library, completely free. I would obviously buy books from shops as well, but there are better ways to spend it.
There was a real story about a man and his friend, they went into a book shop together. The man told his friend to buy one of the books, he took it, went to the checkout and then he realised that the book costs £120. The friend was then about to put the book back, but the man looked at his friend’s shoes and asked him how much they cost. He said £220. So think how you spend your money!
